J&J d.o.o. DOM-PROJECT was founded on February 15, 1993. Today we are engaged in construction, production and trade, and we have an established and properly maintained quality management system, which meets the standards of ISO 9001: 2008 and the license of an authorized contractor of construction works.

A single-family home is defined as a gross building area of up to 400 square meters. In order to start living in your new home as soon as possible, we offer you construction support from the purchase of land, project documentation to the final move into your home. In addition to the full range of building materials needed to build a family home, we offer you the opportunity to buy land, develop project documentation, and the possibility of construction by stages
Lending for the house construction
In cooperation with leading Croatian banks J&J d.o.o. DOM PROJEKT offers loans for the construction of houses up to 50.000 euros. It is possible to negotiate larger amounts depending on the creditworthiness of the investor.
Apartment buildings
Construction of residential buildings and sale of apartments
In addition to the construction of family houses, the company is also engaged in the construction of multi-residential buildings in the area of Dugo Selo. The apartments are built from classic (proven) building materials for centuries, applying the latest developments in construction.
We perform all types of construction works:

We also sell all apartments directly.
Adaptations and reconstructions
We carry out the renovation and reconstruction of apartments, business premises and houses on a turnkey basis. Complete adaptation / reconstruction of an apartment, house or office space requires careful planning, design and execution of the works themselves. Also, the order of execution of works is important, in order to guarantee the quality performance of all works and the execution of works within the stipulated deadlines.
After drawing up the plan and designing, according to the agreement with the client, the time and deadline required for the adaptation and execution of all the work is determined, until the final takeover of the space and moving into a new home or office space.

Energy certification
We are authorized to carry out energy audits and energy certification of buildings!
Under the Building Energy Certification Regulations and New Changes, every new building and existing building for sale or lease must have an energy certificate. Public use buildings with a total usable area of more than 1000 m² must be certified publicly visible. Public buildings include banks, shopping malls, schools, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, office buildings, government buildings.
Energy certification of a building is a set of actions and procedures that are carried out for the purpose of issuing an energy certificate, a document that outlines the energy performance of a building. Its main purpose is to provide owners and users of buildings with information on the energy performance of a building and a comparison of buildings with respect to their energy performance and with reference values. The energy certificate is valid for 10 years and can only be issued by an authorized person.
